This is a family favorite from a friend of over 59 years (we lost her in February). It is very easy to make, and can be broiled or grilled.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- 3/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 small bud garlic - chopped
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- - meat tenderizer
How To Make marinated roast

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except tenderizer, soak 12-24 hours (or longer) at room tempeture. Add tenderizer to both sides 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Step 2Roast can be grilled or broiled. Cooking time depends on how well done meat is desired. I have found the best results, most tender, is when it is done to medium-medium rare.
