Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds top round steak (london broil), 1 1/2" thick
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sage leaves, fresh, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make marinated london broil

Step 1Cut 1/2" crosshatch pattern, 1/4" deep on both sides of steak. Place steak in 1 gln zip lock bag. In food processor, add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sage, garlic, oil & rosemary & pulse into garlic & herbs are finely chopped, about 30 seconds. Add marinade to steak bag & turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours; turning occasionally. Bring to room temperature before grilling, about 45 minutes.

Step 2GAS GRILL: Turn all burners to high, cover & heat grill until hot, about 15 minutes. Leave all burners on high.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine pepper & paprika. Remove steak from marinade & pat dry with paper towels & season with pepper/paprika mixture.

Step 4Clean & oil cooking grate. Grill steak 2 1/2 minutes. Flip & grill steak on 2nd side, 2 1/2 more minute. Transfer to carving board & tent with foil & let rest 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain & serve.
