Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (i use red wine vinegar)
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
How To Make marinated flank steak

Step 1Mix marinade well. Tenderize the meat by pounding it to break down the muscle. This also makes the marinade work better.

Step 2Marinate meat for 24 hours. DO NOT SKIMP ON MARINATING TIME! NOTE: A gallon ZipLock bag is great for marinating the meat - just put in an 8X12 pan in the fridge.

Step 3Broil 10 minutes on each side. May be cooked in broiler or on the grill. Thinly slice on diagonal. May be successfully doubled -- 1 1/2 the recipe for two flank steaks.
