Marinated Flank Steak

1 1/2 lbflank steak
1/2 creduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbspolive oil
1-2 Tbspdried or fresh parsley
1-2 Tbspred wine vinegar
3 Tbspminced garlic
2 Tbspminced dried onion
·splash of worcestershire sauce
·salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste
How to Make Marinated Flank Steak
- Mix all ingredients and pour over steak in baking dish. Flip steak over a couple times to coat well. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 5-6 hours.
- Remove from fridge about 1 1/2 hours before cooking and let it come to room temp. Turn a couple more times, poke meat with fork a few times.
- Place meat on broiler pan and broil approximately 8 minutes per side 3" from heat source.
