  • 1 1/2 lb
    flank steak
  • 1/2 c
    reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    dried or fresh parsley
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced dried onion
  • 2 tsp
  • ·
    splash of worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste

How to Make Marinated Flank Steak


  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over steak in baking dish. Flip steak over a couple times to coat well. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 5-6 hours.
  2. Remove from fridge about 1 1/2 hours before cooking and let it come to room temp. Turn a couple more times, poke meat with fork a few times.
  3. Place meat on broiler pan and broil approximately 8 minutes per side 3" from heat source.
