Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
- 1-2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced dried onion
- 2 teaspoons stevia
- - splash of worcestershire sauce
- - salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste
How To Make marinated flank steak

Step 1Mix all ingredients and pour over steak in baking dish. Flip steak over a couple times to coat well. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 5-6 hours.

Step 2Remove from fridge about 1 1/2 hours before cooking and let it come to room temp. Turn a couple more times, poke meat with fork a few times.

Step 3Place meat on broiler pan and broil approximately 8 minutes per side 3" from heat source.
