You grill this...marinate overnight or 8 hours I use my indoor grill...The marinade tenderizes the inexpensive chuck steak.

I'm sure you could bake it too.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 2 clove
    garlic..minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2 lb
    boneless chuck steak

How to Make MARINATED CHUCK STEAK

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag,combine 1st 7 ingredients.
    Add the beef;seal the bag and turn to coat.
    Refrigerate 8 hours.
  2. Drain and discard marinade.
    Grill steak,covered,over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or meat reaches desired doneness.
    Medium-rare-a meat thermometer should read 145
    medium-160
    well done-170
    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
