MARINATED CHUCK STEAK

Ingredients

1/2 cred wine vinegar

1/2 csoy sauce
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspworchestershire sauce
-
2 clovegarlic..minced
-
1/4 tsponion powder
-
2 lbboneless chuck steak
How to Make MARINATED CHUCK STEAK
- In a large resealable plastic bag,combine 1st 7 ingredients.
Add the beef;seal the bag and turn to coat.
Refrigerate 8 hours. - Drain and discard marinade.
Grill steak,covered,over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or meat reaches desired doneness.
Medium-rare-a meat thermometer should read 145
medium-160
well done-170
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
