I tried this marinade on some tri-tip the other night and it was very good. It would be good on flat iron and flank steak too.

Ingredients

How to Make Marinade for steak

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients together and add to meat. Let marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. I used a store bought Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil salad dressing with herbs but you could also make your own. I also used a store bought pesto because my basil isn't large enough to use yet.
  3. Add as much or as little garlic as you like.
