How to Make Marinade for London Broil
- TENDERIZE A 2-3LB LONDON BROIL. YOU CAN USE A REGULAR FORK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACTUAL TENDERIZER TOOL. LIGHTLY SALT AND PEPPER EACH SIDE OF THE MEAT, SET ASIDE.
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE MIXING BOWL.
- ADD MEAT INTO LARGE FREEZER BAG THEN POUR IN MARINADE MIXTURE.
- ALLOW TO SIT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 2 TO 4 HOURS BUT OVERNIGHT IS BEST.
- REMOVE MEAT FROM BAG AND PLACE ON PREHEATED GRILL OVER LOW HEAT. COOK ON EACH SIDE NO LONGER THAN 5-6 MINUTES.
- TAKE REMAINING MARINATE MIXTURE AND HEAT TO BOILING IN SAUCEPAN FOR APPROXIMATELY 10-15 MINUTES.
- ONCE MEAT IS COOKED (SHOULD BE RARE TO MEDIUM FOR A GOOD LONDON BROIL) SLICE ENTIRE SLAB OF MEAT INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES, ARRANGE ONTO SERVICE TRAY AND DRIZZLE WITH HEATED MARINADE MIXTURE.
