Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 package g. washington's brown seasoning
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil for saute
- - additional bread crumbs for dredging
How To Make marie's mini meat loaves

Step 1Mix all ingredients except for the oil. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Shape meat mixture into 4 or 5 thick burgers. Dredge in additional breadcrumbs. Lightly brown burgers in skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbs water to the pan; cover and cook over low heat until burgers just begin to release some juice. Makes 4 - 5 servings
