My mother-in-law's delicious hamburgers. Serve with real mashed potatoes and candied sliced carrots.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 package g. washington's brown seasoning
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil for saute
  • - additional bread crumbs for dredging

How To Make marie's mini meat loaves

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except for the oil. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Shape meat mixture into 4 or 5 thick burgers. Dredge in additional breadcrumbs. Lightly brown burgers in skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbs water to the pan; cover and cook over low heat until burgers just begin to release some juice. Makes 4 - 5 servings

    If you can't find G. Washington's brand, a pkg of Herb-Ox can be substituted.
