We love these in the summer. I have also cut steak in pieces and made kabobs with it using cherry tomatoes and small mushrooms. So good.

Ingredients For margarita steak and corn

4steaks (your choice)

3ears of corn cut into 3 pieces each

1 cmargarita mix (lemon lime)

1 tspground coriander
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder or granuales

3 Tbspbutter softened

1 tspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1 tsplime juice
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes

salt and pepper
How To Make margarita steak and corn

1Mix Margarita mix,coriander, and garlic, together

2Place steak into a large plastic zipper bag. Add marinade and mix together. Let stand at room temp for 30 minuets, or overnight in refridgerator.

3Mix softened butter, brown sugar, parsley, ,lime juice, and red pepper flakes together.

4Grill steak and corn on grill. Add salt and pepper with butter mix as you turn. Serve.
