margarita steak and corn

We love these in the summer. I have also cut steak in pieces and made kabobs with it using cherry tomatoes and small mushrooms. So good.

Ingredients

  • 4 - steaks (your choice)
  • 3 - ears of corn cut into 3 pieces each
  • 1 cup margarita mix (lemon lime)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder or granuales
  • 3 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make margarita steak and corn

  • Step 1
    Mix Margarita mix,coriander, and garlic, together
  • Step 2
    Place steak into a large plastic zipper bag. Add marinade and mix together. Let stand at room temp for 30 minuets, or overnight in refridgerator.
  • Step 3
    Mix softened butter, brown sugar, parsley, ,lime juice, and red pepper flakes together.
  • Step 4
    Grill steak and corn on grill. Add salt and pepper with butter mix as you turn. Serve.
