We love these in the summer. I have also cut steak in pieces and made kabobs with it using cherry tomatoes and small mushrooms. So good.

  • 4
    steaks (your choice)
  • 3
    ears of corn cut into 3 pieces each
  • 1 c
    margarita mix (lemon lime)
  • 1 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder or granuales
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter softened
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Margarita Steak and Corn


  1. Mix Margarita mix,coriander, and garlic, together
  2. Place steak into a large plastic zipper bag. Add marinade and mix together. Let stand at room temp for 30 minuets, or overnight in refridgerator.
  3. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, parsley, ,lime juice, and red pepper flakes together.
  4. Grill steak and corn on grill. Add salt and pepper with butter mix as you turn. Serve.
