margarita steak and corn
We love these in the summer. I have also cut steak in pieces and made kabobs with it using cherry tomatoes and small mushrooms. So good.

Ingredients
- 4 - steaks (your choice)
- 3 - ears of corn cut into 3 pieces each
- 1 cup margarita mix (lemon lime)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder or granuales
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- - salt and pepper
How To Make margarita steak and corn

Step 1Mix Margarita mix,coriander, and garlic, together

Step 2Place steak into a large plastic zipper bag. Add marinade and mix together. Let stand at room temp for 30 minuets, or overnight in refridgerator.

Step 3Mix softened butter, brown sugar, parsley, ,lime juice, and red pepper flakes together.

Step 4Grill steak and corn on grill. Add salt and pepper with butter mix as you turn. Serve.
