I make this great recipe quite often for my husband. He loves it as do I. This recipe comes from "Mabel Hoffman's Crockery Cookbook" a real gem. Quick to prepare and worry free when cooking while you are at work or shopping for the day.
You could also serve it with a nice side salad and crusty bread/buns to complete the meal. I do hope you will give this recipe a go. It is easy to prepare, and delicious to eat. Enjoy won't you!
