I've always been one to take basic recipes and start adding random and yummy ingredients to see what I can come up with. My hubby hates meatloaf with a passion.. throw some cheese and bacon in the mix and he's in love. Manloaf is now a must have at my house.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package cheese, shredded
  • 1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make manloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
Cook bacon and crumble. Set to the side.
  • Step 3
In large bowl combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, mayo, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. (Sometimes I mix a little bbq sauce into the mix also)
  • Step 4
Roll out meat onto a cutting board in a rectangle. Sprinkle bacon and cheese onto the meat. Roll up your meat into a log making sure to seal the ends.
  • Step 5
Place your loaf into a greased dish.
  • Step 6
Bake 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Step 7
Take your loaf out of the oven top with your BBQ sauce of choice and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Step 8
Let your manloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
