I've always been one to take basic recipes and start adding random and yummy ingredients to see what I can come up with. My hubby hates meatloaf with a passion.. throw some cheese and bacon in the mix and he's in love. Manloaf is now a must have at my house.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package cheese, shredded
- 1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
How To Make manloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Cook bacon and crumble. Set to the side.

Step 3In large bowl combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, mayo, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. (Sometimes I mix a little bbq sauce into the mix also)

Step 4Roll out meat onto a cutting board in a rectangle. Sprinkle bacon and cheese onto the meat. Roll up your meat into a log making sure to seal the ends.

Step 5Place your loaf into a greased dish.

Step 6Bake 50 minutes or until juices run clear.

Step 7Take your loaf out of the oven top with your BBQ sauce of choice and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 8Let your manloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
