This is the way my mama always made her roast. We had it just about every Sunday when I was growing up. The secret ingredient was 'vinegar'. This made it very tasty and very tender..
It's very hard to be precise on the measurements of the ingredients. I've added a little beef broth at times..little more vinegar or water or flour..this recipe really depends on your taste..Please try it and let me know what you time depends on size of the roast also..
