This is a very hands on recipe. It is important to mix with your hands for about 5 mins to get everything mixed properly.

Ingredients

  • 2lbs - ground chuck
  • 1 box prepared stuffing mix
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 can tomatoe sauce
  • 1 - small onion,chopped (optional)
  • 1 - green bell pepper,chopped (optional)

How To Make mamas meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 Have a Loaf pan ready
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients (except tomatoe sauce) with hands. Making sure you have every thing mixed very well.
  • Step 3
    If you don't want to use your hands use a potatoe masher, but the cosistency and texture of the loaf will be effected.
  • Step 4
    Mix in half of the tomatoe sauce.
  • Step 5
    Shape mixture into the loaf pan.
  • Step 6
    Pour remaining sauce on the top.
