How to Make Mama's Delicious Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into loaf in 9 x 13 pain. I usually add all the ingredients up to the pepper first than add about a heaping tablespoon of minced garlic from a jar, mix it up and see if it smells "garlicky" enough for us. I then pour some grated parmesan cheese to fill the palm of my hand and add that. Then comes a few shakes of the season salt. mix all together, give it a test smell...if it smells the way I want it to taste then I add my beaten eggs. If not, just keep adding until I get it to where I want it. Sometimes I'll add about 2 cups of shredded cheese to it. I have never made a sauce to go over it, it's always been tasty and juicy without it but feel free to tweek to fit your taste!!
  3. Bake for 60 - 90 minutes until done.
  4. Let sit about 5-10 minutes before lifting out of pan onto serving plate.
