Ingredients For macaroni hot dish

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    medium onion
  • 1 1/2 c
    elbow macaroni
  • 1 jar
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1
    green pepper,if desired
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni

How To Make macaroni hot dish

  • 1
    Cook macaroni until done, brown hamburger and onion, drain. Put it in a qt. casserole dish, add hamburger and macaroni then add green pepper if using and pepperoni,and sauce bake 20 minutes. Then add grated cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
