My family always called this goulash even though it isn't really. This recipe is very easy, and makes even better leftovers.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- 1 can 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound macaroni, cooked
- 4-6 cups water
How To Make macaroni & beef (goulash)

Step 1Place all ingredients except macaroni into large pot. Cook 1 hour or until carrots are done. Add macaroni. Serve.

Step 2May also add corn, or substitute macaroni with potatoes.
