"lower carb" broccoli casserole

- 1 small onion diced
- 8 ounces chopped mushrooms of your choice
- 1 pound lean hamburger meat
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 pounds frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- - salt
How To Make "lower carb" broccoli casserole

Step 1In a large sauce pan, saute onions, garlic, mushrooms, and hamburger meat (salt lightly) for about 6 mins on medium-high heat, then drain grease.

Step 2Next add the broccoli (Make sure it's thawed)to the pan, mix well, salt just a little more (Taste before adding) cover, and cook on medium heat for 22 mins. Add cheese and cook for an additional 3-4 mins. Enjoy
