    salt

    dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    caraway seeds, optional

How to Make Low-Cal Meat Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Throroughly combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into round loaf.
  3. Place accessory meat rack in crockpot.
  4. Place meat loaf on rack.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Recipe may be doubled for larger crockpots.
