I know, I know, you're all thinking "What the heck is brick cheese?" It is a mild white cheese in the family of mozzarella, just has a sharp taste. This kind of cheese is excellent for melting and for pizza's. A serving of these sliders contains four, and they are only 380 calories. I am amazed at the calorie count for these little burgers because we are using real ground beef!
