Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 2 c
    instant rice
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 2 lb
    velvetta cheese
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    dorito nacho chips

How to Make Louisianna Dish

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown Ground beef, drain fat. Add taco seasoning as package directs.
  2. Chop up cheese and put into a microwave safe dish and melt with the rotel tomatoes.
  3. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, add rice, cover and set aside.
  4. In a deep casserole dish, spray and layer Chips rice, meat and melted cheese dip. Eat as is, or if taking to a dinner, One can heat it in the oven.
