    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c

    white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic (large), minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger

How To Make london broil

  • Gathering marinade ingredients.
    Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, green onions, garlic and ground ginger.
  • Mixing marinade ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir well to mix.
  • Placing London broil in a resealable container.
    Place steak in a resealable dish.
  • Pouring marinade over the steak.
    Pour marinade over steak to marinate. Cover dish with lid.
  • The steak ready to marinate.
    Let marinate 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Turn occasionally.
  • Cooking the steaks on a grill.
    Barbecue steak over hot coals, turning once until done to your preference.
  • Brushing steaks with the marinade.
    Baste with marinade.
