Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    flank steak
  • 1
    garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 c
    salad oil
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    cayenne
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce

How to Make London Broil

Step-by-Step

  1. Remove excess fat from steak then score on both sides.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a shallow pan.
  3. Place steak in pan, then turn over.
  4. Marinate at least 3 hours or over-night, turning several times.
  5. Place steak in broiler 3 inches from heat.
  6. Broil each side 4 minutes.
  7. Slice thin across grain diagonally.
