- 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Step 1Remove excess fat from steak then score on both sides.

Step 2Place all the ingredients in a shallow pan.

Step 3Place steak in pan, then turn over.

Step 4Marinate at least 3 hours or over-night, turning several times.

Step 5Place steak in broiler 3 inches from heat.

Step 6Broil each side 4 minutes.

Step 7Slice thin across grain diagonally.
