This is a recipe from my daughter's ex-mother-in-law, who entertained a lot. This was a dish Lois served her guests frequently.

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef, browned and greased drained
- 3 - green peppers, par-boiled 5 - 7 minutes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can spanish rice (old el paso is what she used)
How To Make lois' stuffed peppers

Step 1Brown the ground beef and drain. Cut the tops off the green peppers and par-boil 5 - 7 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and stuff the peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
