  • 1 package 8 oz. colby mild sharp cheese
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can enchilleda sauce ,mild
  • 1 medium bag of resturant style tortilla chips

  • Step 1
    SAUTE ONIONS AND BELL PEPPER IN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN
  • Step 2
    NOW MIX EVERY THING TOGETHER EXCEPT CHEESE AND CHIPS
  • Step 3
    NOW LAYER IN A CASSEROLE DISH ,LAYER CHIPS THEN MEAT MIXTURE,THEN CHIPS ,THEN MEAT MIXTURE.
  • Step 4
    PUT CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE 375* FOR 15 OR 20 MIN. OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
