  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    enchilleda sauce ,mild
  • 1 medium
    bag of resturant style tortilla chips

Step-by-Step

  1. SAUTE ONIONS AND BELL PEPPER IN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN
  2. NOW MIX EVERY THING TOGETHER EXCEPT CHEESE AND CHIPS
  3. NOW LAYER IN A CASSEROLE DISH ,LAYER CHIPS THEN MEAT MIXTURE,THEN CHIPS ,THEN MEAT MIXTURE.
  4. PUT CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE 375* FOR 15 OR 20 MIN. OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
