Liver & Onions in Gravy

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbbeef liver
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1 1/2 tspseason salt
-
1 1/2 tsppepper
-
1diced purple onion
-
3 Tbspbutter or marg
-
1/3 coil
-
1 & 1/2 cbeef stock
How to Make Liver & Onions in Gravy
- Heat oil & marg in fry pan, saute onions till browned remove from pan
- Dip liver pieces in flour fry, till brown (not dry will finish cook in gravy)remove from pan
