1 - slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 package italian sausage, take out of casing
1 pound 85% ground beef

How To Make little cutie sausage and beef meatballs

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees Mix first 5 ingredients together in large bowl. Take sausage out of casing and add to bowl along with ground beef and mix very well with spoon or your hands :0)..... form into 1.5" balls... Place in shallow pans, bake 25-30 minutes..
