This roast is so tender and is great served with mashed potatoes and biscuits. It has plenty of gravy. My family loves it.

    boneless sirloin roast
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix (mixed with 1/2 cup hot water)
  • 2 can(s)
    golden mushroom soup (must be golden)
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    onion sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms (optional)

How to Make Lisa's Sirloin Roast


  1. Brown roast in heavy pot on stove with a little vegetable oil. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 5-6 hours on low-med heat until very tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes and biscuits.
  2. You can also cook this in a crock pot or slow cooker.
