1Cut beef stew meat into small pieces. Put the stew meat in large saucepan. Put meat tenderizer, seasoned salt and garlic salt in stew meat and toss well. Add water and boil in medium-high heat for two hours until real tender. To make sure there is plenty of beef broth in saucepan.
2Take the stew meat out; drain and set aside. Put brown gravy mix in beef broth if it is 4 cups of beef broth and if not you may add more water to make 4 cups of brown gravy and according package to directions of brown gravy. Put the stew meat back in saucepan. Let it cook for 30 minutes and cook thoroughly.
3Cook rice according package to directions. Put rice on a plate and serve beef stew with brown gravy on top of rice.
