Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds lean ground meat
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes crushed
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make lilly's baked meatballs

Step 1crush corn flakes in plastic bag,in large bowl,mix all ingredients together.Mix well with fork.

Step 2Form meat mixture into 11/2inch balls.Bake meatballs until wellbrowned and cooked through about 30 minetes in 350* oven.Drop meatballs in hot spagetti sauce,serve immediately.MANGIA!!!
