round steak
3 Tbsp
lemon slices
onions, sliced
garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c
1 can(s)
beef bouillon
1 can(s)
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
1-8 ounce of cooked broad noodle or 2 cups of cooked rice

How to Make Licking Good Beef Steak


  • 1GARNISH: Green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes
  • 2Cut steak into serving size pieces.
  • 3Brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons of oil to which you have added lemon slices.
  • 4Remove steak to pan large enough in which to bake it.
  • 5Layer onions and garlic over meat.
  • 6Sprinkle flour over top.
  • 7Now combine bouillon, beer, sugar, parsley flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • 8Pour over steak and bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours.
  • 9Serve over cooked broad noodles or cooked rice.
  • 10Garnish with green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes.
  • 11Serves 5 - 6.
