Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 - lemon slices
- 3 - onions, sliced
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 can beer
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - 1-8 ounce of cooked broad noodle or 2 cups of cooked rice
How To Make licking good beef steak

Step 1GARNISH: Green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes

Step 2Cut steak into serving size pieces.

Step 3Brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons of oil to which you have added lemon slices.

Step 4Remove steak to pan large enough in which to bake it.

Step 5Layer onions and garlic over meat.

Step 6Sprinkle flour over top.

Step 7Now combine bouillon, beer, sugar, parsley flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.

Step 8Pour over steak and bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours.

Step 9Serve over cooked broad noodles or cooked rice.

Step 10Garnish with green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes.

Step 11Serves 5 - 6.
