My brother-in-law can throw almost anything together and practically make you lick your fingers when you get done. I always over do it when i visit him

7 bone roast
all purpose flour
1 large
sliced onions
1 large
bell pepper
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 large
potatoes, cubed
carrots, chopped
celery stalks chopped

How to Make Leon's Roast


  • 1melt grease in large pan
  • 2season meat and flour
  • 3brown meat on all sides
  • 4put browned roast in covered pan with 1 cup of water and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
  • 5remove from oven
  • 6add butter, salt and pepper,onions, bell peppers, jalepenos,celery, carrots and 1 cup of water
  • 7recover and cook 1 hr at 350
  • 8remove from oven drain juices into bowl
  • 9add cream of mush n2 juices and mix well until lumps are gone
  • 10add potatoes to meat and pour liquid mixture over meat and potatoes
  • 11recover and cook until done
