My brother-in-law can throw almost anything together and practically make you lick your fingers when you get done. I always over do it when i visit him

Ingredients

  • 1 large 7 bone roast
  • - all purpose flour
  • 1 large sliced onions
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large jalepeno
  • - grease
  • - potatoes, cubed
  • - carrots, chopped
  • 3 - celery stalks chopped

How To Make leon's roast

  • Step 1
    melt grease in large pan
  • Step 2
    season meat and flour
  • Step 3
    brown meat on all sides
  • Step 4
    put browned roast in covered pan with 1 cup of water and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
  • Step 5
    remove from oven
  • Step 6
    add butter, salt and pepper,onions, bell peppers, jalepenos,celery, carrots and 1 cup of water
  • Step 7
    recover and cook 1 hr at 350
  • Step 8
    remove from oven drain juices into bowl
  • Step 9
    add cream of mush n2 juices and mix well until lumps are gone
  • Step 10
    add potatoes to meat and pour liquid mixture over meat and potatoes
  • Step 11
    recover and cook until done
