Ingredients

  • 1 large
    7 bone roast
  • ·
    all purpose flour
  • 1 large
    sliced onions
  • 1 large
    bell pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large
    jalepeno
  • ·
    grease
  • ·
    potatoes, cubed
  • ·
    carrots, chopped
  • 3
    celery stalks chopped

How to Make Leon's Roast

Step-by-Step

  1. melt grease in large pan
  2. season meat and flour
  3. brown meat on all sides
  4. put browned roast in covered pan with 1 cup of water and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
  5. remove from oven
  6. add butter, salt and pepper,onions, bell peppers, jalepenos,celery, carrots and 1 cup of water
  7. recover and cook 1 hr at 350
  8. remove from oven drain juices into bowl
  9. add cream of mush n2 juices and mix well until lumps are gone
  10. add potatoes to meat and pour liquid mixture over meat and potatoes
  11. recover and cook until done
