Here is a quick and easy meal to throw together with your leftover meats. I had smoked ribeye steaks leftover from the other day. My {2} Roy's love their beef. I threw this together in no time. Only hubby got to enjoy this one, actually he ate 2. LOL So, when your family is hungry and you have no time to spend in the kitchen, make this. They will luv ya for it. Happy Cooking! sw:)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked ribeye steak, sliced {any steak or protein}
  • 8 ounces bbq sauce {homemade or prepared}
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 4 ounces smoked gouda, sliced
  • 12 - dill pickle chips {more if u like}
  • 4 - kaiser rolls, sliced

How To Make leftover smoked bbq ribeye steak sammich

  • Step 1
    add ingredients 1-4 together in a mediun size sauce pan
  • Step 2
    simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
  • Step 3
    toast rolls in oven until golden brown. add 1 oz of cheese on bottom half of of rolls
  • Step 4
    add bbq beef, pickle chips and the top half of rolls. ENJOY!
