Ingredients
- - leftover, cooked fajatia meat & beef sausage
- - onions, red bell & mushrooms, sliced (cooked on the grill with fajatia's or fresh in a skillet)
- - potatoes, cubed
- - grated cheese
How To Make leftover fajatia & sausage hash

Step 1(If using leftover cooked veggies, then add when potatoes are done). In skillet with small amount of olive oil, cook potatoes, when close to being done, add red bell, onion & mushrooms. Once potatoes are done, add thinly sliced fajatia & sliced sausage. Heat until meat is warmed. Top with favorite cheese.
