- leftover, cooked fajatia meat & beef sausage
- onions, red bell & mushrooms, sliced (cooked on the grill with fajatia's or fresh in a skillet)
- potatoes, cubed
- grated cheese
How to Make Leftover fajatia & sausage hash
- 1(If using leftover cooked veggies, then add when potatoes are done). In skillet with small amount of olive oil, cook potatoes, when close to being done, add red bell, onion & mushrooms. Once potatoes are done, add thinly sliced fajatia & sliced sausage. Heat until meat is warmed. Top with favorite cheese.
