Had roast and all the trimmings one nite or two then this another nite or two :) so roast went long way.

  • as needed
    roast beef ( what ever you got left )
  • as needed
    cut up boiled potatoes ( what you left)
  • as desired
    cut up onions ( what you got or want )
  • to taste
    spices of various types, garlic, pepper, salt
  • as desired
    brown gravey mix or home made if you want

How to Make Left Over Roast Beef Hash

Step-by-Step

  1. cut up all the various ingredients and mix in skillet with the gravey, adding water or beef boullion if too dry. Cook till hot and smelling yummy
