I had left over fries and didn't want to throw them away and I found a recipe online tweeked it and made it my signature breakfast go to dish. Just tried the same recipe but I made some changes I used ground beef instead of sausage and substituted pasta sauce in place of egg/mixture but I kept everything else the same. In a word "yummy". *Note: bake times may vary since there are no eggs to cook. Baking times vary depending on how large or small your baking dish is.
