Ingredients For lee's sallisbury steak

    lean hamburger meat
  • 8
    crackers, crushed
  • 1
  • 1 sm
    onion, minced
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1 c
  • 1 pkg
    mccormick brown gravy mix

How To Make lee's sallisbury steak

    Mix all ingredients together. Make into about six hamburger patties. Cook on medium heat until well done. Drain grease.

    In a small saucepan mix one cup water and one package of McCormick brown gravy mix. Simmer until gravy is at desired consistency.

    Pour gravy over steaks and let simmer with meat for about 3-4 minutes. Serve.
