- STEAK
- 1 pound lean hamburger meat
- 8 - crackers, crushed
- 1 - egg
- 1 small onion, minced
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- BROWN GRAVY
- 1 cup water
- 1 package mccormick brown gravy mix
How To Make lee's sallisbury steak

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Make into about six hamburger patties. Cook on medium heat until well done. Drain grease.

Step 2In a small saucepan mix one cup water and one package of McCormick brown gravy mix. Simmer until gravy is at desired consistency.

Step 3Pour gravy over steaks and let simmer with meat for about 3-4 minutes. Serve.
