STEAK

1 lb
lean hamburger meat
8
crackers, crushed
1
egg
1 small
onion, minced
pinch
salt and pepper
1 tsp
seasoning salt

BROWN GRAVY

1 c
water
1 pkg
mccormick brown gravy mix

How to Make Lee's Sallisbury Steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together. Make into about six hamburger patties. Cook on medium heat until well done. Drain grease.
  • 2In a small saucepan mix one cup water and one package of McCormick brown gravy mix. Simmer until gravy is at desired consistency.
  • 3Pour gravy over steaks and let simmer with meat for about 3-4 minutes. Serve.
