Just a very basic meatloaf recipe

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 large
    onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried celery flakes
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 large
    egg, beaten

How to Make Lee's Basic Meatloaf


  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix everything except ketchup and egg and kneed for 10 minutes (like you are making bread, this is crucial for keeping the loaf from falling apart).
  3. Add ketchup and egg and mix well
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through
