Ingredients

  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 cup rice, cooked

How To Make lea ann's cabbage rolls

  • Step 1
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Season meat, add onion, rice and beaten egg.
  • Step 3
    Roll a portion of the filling into each leaf.
  • Step 4
    Fasten ends with toothpicks.
  • Step 5
    Place in crockpot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
