Ingredients
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 cup rice, cooked
How To Make lea ann's cabbage rolls

Step 1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2Season meat, add onion, rice and beaten egg.

Step 3Roll a portion of the filling into each leaf.

Step 4Fasten ends with toothpicks.

Step 5Place in crockpot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
