Here is another great idea for that football season - that just seamed to jump up so fast! This recipe is so fast and easy to prepare- I just knew there were others who would enjoy this recipe- It's Italian- what's not to like!! Check out more recipe ideas from Betty Crocker.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef or turkey
  • a dash each basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper or to taste
  • 4 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice or water
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup your favorite pasta sauce
  • - basil for garnish

How To Make lasagna to go

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375^. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray. Brown beef or turkey and season with basil,garlic,powder, salt and pepper. Drain.Set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl mix the bisquick and juice or water until blended. The mixture will be thick like pizza dough. Press an equal amount of dough in each muffin cup and press slightly up the sides.
  • Step 3
    Reserve 3/4 cup of each the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese for the top of the lasagna. Sprinkle a little Parmesan, ricotta and mozzarella cheese in each cup. Top with a little meat and pasta sauce. Repeat layers, ending with pasta sauce. Top each cup with remaining cheeses.

    Step 4
    Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cool for 4 minutes. Use a table knife to loosen then pop each lasagna out. Garnish with basil if desired or sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Betty Crocker user pot sticker wrappers- I used Bisquick mix.
