Ingredients
- 8 - 8 rolls, 8" long
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded and divided
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded and divided
How To Make lasagna in a bun

Step 1Cut thin slices off tops of buns.

Step 2Hollow out centers, leaving 1/4\" thick shells; discard tops and center or save for another use.

Step 3In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

Step 4Add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Step 5Cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through.

Step 6Meanwhile, combine ricotta, parmesan and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; mix well.

Step 7Spoon meat sauce into buns; top with cheese mixture.

Step 8Place on a baking sheet.

Step 9Cover loosely with foil.

Step 10Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese melts.
