This lasagna is easy to prpare and is always a hit at my house. I usually serve it with a salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
ground sausage ( i use hot for some spice)
1 large
onion
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 large
cottage cheese
1 c
parmesan cheese
2 large
eggs
2 Tbsp
dried parsley
1 large
spaghetti sauce
6
lasagna noodles, cooked
4-6 c
mozzarella cheese

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, brown ground beef and sausage with the garlic and onions. Salt and Pepper to taste.
2In a large bowl, mix container of cottage cheese, parm cheese, parsley and eggs. Stir with a spoon until the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
3Cook the noodles in a pan with water and vegetable or olive oil until they are aldente. Drain and dry the noodles so the mixture will stick to them.
4After meet mixture is browned, drain grease and put back into the skillet with the spaghetti sauce and simmer for 30 minutes covered.
5After simmering the meet, let cool and mix with the cottage cheese mixture.
6Preheat over to 350 degrees.
7In a greased 9x13 dish, layer 3 noodles on the bottom, meet and cottage cheese mixture, then spinkle 2 to 2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Repeat another layer.
8Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 mins. Take the foil off and let the cheese melt, maybe another 10 minutes.
