Ingredients For lasagna

  • 1 lb
  • 1 can
    6 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 can
    6 ounce tomato paste
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce, (optional)
  • 4-6 oz
    sour cream
  • 4-6
    lasagna noodles, cooked until just firm and don't fall apart
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make lasagna

    Grease pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

    Cook meat with salt and pepper to taste until brown. Add tomato sauce and paste, with spices if using. Simmer 10-15 minutes.

    Cook noodles until a little firm so they don't fall apart. Drain. Coat noodles in sour cream.

    Layer noodles on bottom, then meat sauce, then cheese, repeat layers with noodles, then meat, cheese, etc. until use all. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
