Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ragu
  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 pound italian sausage
  • - lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • - parsley
  • - romano cheese

How To Make lasagna 3, mom

  • Step 1
    Brown meats and drain well. Mix ragu with water, sugar and basil and add meats to sauce. Simmer and add basil.
  • Step 2
    In 9x13 layer in the following order: sauce noodles cottage cheese mozzarella sauce romano Repeat layers.
