1Cut steak into serving size pieces. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder,flour each piece on both sides, heat oil,brown each piece on each side
Remove the meat and set aside. Saute vegetables 3-4 minutes add tomatoes
Cook until liquid has cooked out.
Add steak back to pan add pepper, garlic, parsley, green onions, beef bouillon cubes and 1 c water
Cover and cook until meat is tender ,adding more water if needed. Taste for seasoning,may not need salt because the bouillon cubes are salty.
Serve over hot grits,rice or potatoes.
