Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted
- 1/2 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 2 or 3 - green onions, chopped
How To Make ali's short ribs, korean style

Step 1** NOTE** Allow at least two hours for marinating. Toast sesame seeds in oven for a few minutes, until lightly brown. Chop garlic.

Step 2Combine shoyu, water, sugar, tabasco, garlic, and sesame seeds.

Step 3Pour sauce into large plastic bag, add ribs. Marinate for 2 hours.

Step 4Place ribs on baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil).

Step 5Broil 2" from heat (turning over once) for about 15 minutes, or until ribs are brown and crisp on all sides.

Step 6Garnish with chopped green onions.

Step 7Serve with rice, of course. Totally yum-a-licious.
