korean style short rib's

This is a family recipe that we always make if we are gonna have a cook out. We like to put it on the BBQ. Great finger food.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup oriental seasome oil
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound beef short ribs

How To Make korean style short rib's

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl combine the first 7 ingredients & mix well. Trim off excess fat if you wish. Score half inch intervals almost to the bone & place into a baking dish. Pour marinade over ribs, cover & refrigerated over night & turn ribs occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Pre-heat broiler or oven to 350F. Place ribs on boiler rack & drain off marinade. Broil for about 3 mins or until lightly charred on each side about 8 mins. Serve best hot with freshly cooked rice.
  • Step 3
    Note: Easy if you make this as you start or make that nights meal. So to be ready for the next days meal.
