korean style short rib's
This is a family recipe that we always make if we are gonna have a cook out. We like to put it on the BBQ. Great finger food.

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oriental seasome oil
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound beef short ribs
How To Make korean style short rib's

Step 1In medium bowl combine the first 7 ingredients & mix well. Trim off excess fat if you wish. Score half inch intervals almost to the bone & place into a baking dish. Pour marinade over ribs, cover & refrigerated over night & turn ribs occasionally.

Step 2Pre-heat broiler or oven to 350F. Place ribs on boiler rack & drain off marinade. Broil for about 3 mins or until lightly charred on each side about 8 mins. Serve best hot with freshly cooked rice.
