Korean Style Short Rib's

This is a family recipe that we always make if we are gonna have a cook out. We like to put it on the BBQ. Great finger food.

1 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
oriental seasome oil
1/4 c
green onion, chopped
2 tsp
sesame seeds
1/2 tsp
white vinegar
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
1 lb
beef short ribs


1In medium bowl combine the first 7 ingredients & mix well. Trim off excess fat if you wish. Score half inch intervals almost to the bone & place into a baking dish. Pour marinade over ribs, cover & refrigerated over night & turn ribs occasionally.
2Pre-heat broiler or oven to 350F. Place ribs on boiler rack & drain off marinade. Broil for about 3 mins or until lightly charred on each side about 8 mins. Serve best hot with freshly cooked rice.
3Note: Easy if you make this as you start or make that nights meal. So to be ready for the next days meal.
