How to Make Korean Style Short Rib's
- In medium bowl combine the first 7 ingredients & mix well. Trim off excess fat if you wish. Score half inch intervals almost to the bone & place into a baking dish. Pour marinade over ribs, cover & refrigerated over night & turn ribs occasionally.
- Pre-heat broiler or oven to 350F. Place ribs on boiler rack & drain off marinade. Broil for about 3 mins or until lightly charred on each side about 8 mins. Serve best hot with freshly cooked rice.
- Note: Easy if you make this as you start or make that nights meal. So to be ready for the next days meal.
