Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 8 ounces mushrooms diced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons gojuchang sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 8 ounces dried rice noodles
How To Make korean ground beef noodle bowl

Step 1Place the ground beef in a skillet or Wok. Brown the beef with the ginger, garlic and mushrooms. Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Mirin, and Gojuchang sauce together.

Step 2Pour over the ground beef and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook about 5 minutes.

Step 3Cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve beef over the noodles and garnish with green onions.
