Ingredients
- 5 pounds rib steak, thinly sliced
- 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups soy sauce
How To Make korean bul kogi

Step 1Place meat strips in bowl; add garlic, sesame seeds, green onions, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and oil and toss to coat meat well.

Step 2Cover and let marinate at room temperature 4 hrs.

Step 3BBQ over coals or under the broiler, turning and basting often with marinade until meat is done.

Step 4SUBSTITUTIONS: May use flank steak (cut in 1/4\" x 2\" strips) instead of the rib steak, and may substitute corn oil for peanut oil.
