Easy Korean Beef combines ground beef with garlic and ginger in a slightly spicy sweet, and savory sauce, all topped with thin slices of green onion and toasted sesame seeds. I love to serve this over brown or white rice with fresh vegetables like broccoli and red bell peppers. This dish is easy to prepare, tastes delicious, and is accessible on a budget.
