This is so good. I like to double the marinade and reduce it down to make a thick sauce.

Ingredients
- 3-4 large beef short ribs about 6 pieces
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 large pear peeled and grated
- 12 ounces can coke
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 medium shallots minced
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 4 - green onions green parts only for garnish
How To Make korean beef short ribs

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together except for ribs and green onions. Place the ribs in the mixture and marinate overnight.

Step 2Place the ribs with the marinade in a large skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook about 1 hour until ribs are tender. Watch and make sure they don't cook dry adding some water if needed. Garnish with green onions
